Norman Reznicow, OD
Dr. Reznicow received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers Unversity in 1970. He received his Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1974. In addition to his 45 year old primary practice in Fridley, Dr. Reznicow has been actively involved with Metro Optics and iSIght Family Eye Care.
In his free time, Dr. Reznicow enjoys sports, travel and spending time with his wife, Laurel. He is also a long time member of the Fridley Lion's Club.

Routine eye examinations consist of three parts:
- Health and wellness exam - The doctor does an examination of the front and back of the eye using various illumination devices. This may or may not require dilation of the eye.
- Refraction - The doctor places several lens in front of the eye to gain a "true refraction". He/she then asked the patient to look at a letter chart to gain a "subjective refraction" - the lens combination that the patient is most comfortable wearing.
- Contact lens fitting - The contact lens fitting is only performed on patients currently wearing or wishing to wear contact lenses. It is considered to be "cosmetic" and is not covered by most insurance.
